Based in Central Indiana, we specialize in in-person interpreting services in Indianapolis, Greenwood, Franklin, and Whiteland, while also offering nationwide phone interpretation and document translation in Burmese and Falam-Chin.

In addition to our language services, we proudly support aspiring entrepreneurs with business consulting, including help with business registration, training, application assistance, and strategic planning to launch and grow successful ventures.

Meet the Founder
Rachel Thianzamawi Mung, MBA
Founder & CEO, BTICS LLC
Rachel Thianzamawi Mung is the visionary behind Burmese Translation, Interpretation & Consulting Services (BTICS). A passionate advocate for language access and community empowerment, Rachel brings years of experience helping individuals and organizations overcome communication barriers and navigate complex systems with confidence.

She holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate Degree in General Studies from Ivy Tech Community College. Currently, Rachel is pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Indiana Wesleyan University, where she is further developing her leadership and strategic consulting skills to serve clients at the highest level.

Fluent in Burmese, Falam-Chin, and English, Rachel offers in-person interpretation services across Indianapolis, Greenwood, Franklin, and Whiteland, as well as nationwide phone interpretation and document translation. Through BTICS, she also provides personalized consulting support—helping clients register their businesses, build professional websites, locate ABA therapy that matches their insurance, complete important applications, and develop effective business strategies for long-term success.
