Services

BTICS provides language interpretation, document translation, and business consulting services. We serve clients in-person in Indianapolis, Greenwood, Franklin, Whiteland, and remotely across the U.S.

Rates and Payments

• All rates are listed on our website or provided during consultation.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Mileage Policy

A mileage fee of $0.65 per mile (round trip) applies for in-person appointments beyond 5 miles of our base location.

​

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed in full.

• If the client is absent but the interpreter arrives at the appointment, the scheduled time will still be billed.

Confidentiality and HIPAA

BTICS follows HIPAA guidelines for interpreting services that involve medical or sensitive personal information. All client data is kept confidential and not shared without written consent.

Use of Website

The content on this website is owned by BTICS. It may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without permission. Use of this website for spam, abuse, or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
