A: Yes! We offer nationwide phone interpretation. You can call us to book a remote session at $2/minute or $60/hour.

Q: How much do you charge for in-person interpreting?

A: Our standard rate is $80/hour, with a 2-hour minimum per appointment.

Q: Is there a mileage fee for in-person interpreting?

A: Yes. We include the first 5 miles free. For any travel beyond 5 miles, we charge $0.65 per mile (round trip) to cover travel costs. This will be calculated and added to your final invoice.

Q: What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

 

A: If a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or if the client is absent but the interpreter arrives, the full scheduled time will still be billed. This ensures fair compensation for the interpreter’s time and travel.

A: Yes! We assist Burmese speakers with understanding and filling out English forms, and translating letters or official notices. Sessions start at $45.
